Finally, the garage sale will be held on Saturday, June 10th, after a two-month hiatus.
One of the themes for June is "Tango" (Children's Day).
*Tango Festival: Thursday, June 22nd
It's an event to eat lucky chimaki (rice dumplings)
and wish for everyone's healthy growth.
How about Bunki's specially selected dried scallop and pork chimaki?
We received many pre-orders. Thank you all very much.

These chimaki will also be available for sale on the day of the garage sale.
2500/piece (approx. 400g per piece)
This year's chimaki are also very generously sized (lol).
We recommend sharing them with your family.
In addition to chimaki,
new products will also be making an appearance this time.

Kwong Cheong Thye Chili Crab Sauce 300g (Chili Crab Sauce) ¥800/pc (tax included)
Are you all familiar with the dish of fresh crab stir-fried with red chili peppers, tomato sauce, eggs, onions, and ginger?
That is Chili Crab, a famous dish in Southeast Asia, especially Singapore.
It's well-suited for hot climates, fragrant, and deliciously seasoned. Not only can you enjoy the crab meat, but the sauce, infused with the umami of the crab, is truly a concentrated burst of flavor. Locally, there's a custom of eating this sauce with mantou (steamed buns).
To bring this rare dish to your dining tables in Japan, Kwong Cheong Thye has developed a chili crab sauce. Why not try making chili crab at home? The ingredients are very simple: crab, onions, eggs, and then add this magic sauce, and you can enjoy authentic chili crab at home.

Kwong Cheong Thye Laksa Paste 200g (Laksa Paste) ¥500/pc (tax included)
Next up is Laksa Paste, an essential sauce for Singapore's national dish, Laksa, which you all know. We usually sell commercial-sized versions, but this time, for a limited time at the garage sale, we will be selling a mini 200g/pc size. This size can make 3-4 servings of Laksa. Please give it a try.
Other new products will be updated as they become available. In addition to new products, we will also have our regular prepared foods, seasonings, noodles, and more.
This time's new guest: Nissin Co., Ltd., a company that has developed gluten-free rice noodles (vermicelli) made from 100% high-quality, non-GMO rice from China, with no additives, in line with Japanese eating habits, will also be exhibiting.

There is a wide variety of rice noodles, and many ways to cook them. There are cooking methods to suit everyone's preferences. They can be a main dish, or we also recommend them as a single dish.

Special Collaboration
New products from popular designer Eliza are here!
In Kowloon Peninsula, Hong Kong, there is a street lined with shops selling ornamental fish, commonly known as "Goldfish Street." The sight of colorful ornamental fish in plastic bags lined up on the walls of the street is spectacular. And speaking of color, the number of neon signs in Hong Kong is decreasing year by year. Over 120,000 neon signs have been installed in Hong Kong to date.

A collage of Hong Kong's iconic neon signs and the goldfish from Goldfish Street expresses the colors of Hong Kong at night. Printed on smooth satin fabric.

Cantonese cuisine has a great many different cooking techniques. This cotton apron features patterns of various Chinese verbs related to Cantonese cooking, each pattern screen-printed by us one by one.

The green and white, and red and white versions each have two pockets. These items are sure to appeal to Hong Kong enthusiasts! Please look forward to them.
We look forward to seeing you all there. New information about the garage sale will be updated as it becomes available. Please be sure to check it out!
