Cooking Instructions
① Thaw the shark's fin.

Open the shark's fin package and drain the water using a colander or similar.

④ Heat the broth.
Open the thawed broth package, transfer it to a pot, and heat it.

In addition to the [Superior Broth with Large Shark's Fin], we will be giving away [New Year's Gift Candy]. Don't miss out, everyone! (While supplies last.)

Appearing alongside the [Superior Broth with Large Shark's Fin] and [New Year's Gift Candy] is [Cured Meat (Lạp xưởng)].
This cured meat is a classic ingredient for lo bak go (radish cake), which is eaten during the Lunar New Year in Hong Kong and Guangdong.

Since it's made in Japan, it may not compare to the authentic Hong Kong version, but some people will be happy just to be able to eat it. Please give it a try.

The cured meat, essential for making lo bak go during the Lunar New Year, will go on sale at tomorrow's Garage Sale. Quantities are limited, so those who want it should hurry. In the hearts of people in Hong Kong and Guangzhou, the taste of lo bak go is the taste of the New Year, the taste of home.

In the old days, lo bak go was made by grandmothers slowly grinding rice flour, using radishes pulled from the field, and steaming it with their own dried cured meats. The cake was smooth, springy, and glutinous, with the fresh scent of radish and the delicious flavor of cured meat. Sliced thick and fried in oil, the aroma would reach the neighbors. Radish is also called "cai tou" (菜頭), which sounds like "good fortune" (好彩頭), symbolizing good luck in the new year!

As usual, we will have Wen Kee's deli items, dried goods, seasonings, noodles, and other products available.

Additionally, we will have essential Lunar New Year goods: red envelopes (lai see) and snack boxes (chuen hup). These are also available at the Wrapman Store, so if you cannot attend the garage sale, please purchase them there.

We will provide updates on the latest garage sale information as needed.
