• Delivery Service: We deliver via Yamato Transport. Some deliveries will be made via Sagawa Express. You cannot specify a delivery company.
• For deliveries by Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express, it may not be possible to specify a delivery time depending on the region or destination. Therefore, please note that even if you specify a desired delivery time for an address where time specification is not possible, your order may not be delivered at the specified time.
• Deliveries to Okinawa Prefecture and remote islands will be made via Yamato Transport. If you wish to place an order, please contact us directly. TEL: 03-3269-7729

【Remarks】

• We do not ship on our company holidays (Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
• Regarding delivery, we will generally ship within 1 to 4 business days after confirming your order. (If you use credit card payment, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, LINE Pay, Merpay, or PayPay)
• If an ordered item is out of stock or requires取り寄せ(取り寄せ), delivery may be delayed. In such cases, we will contact you via email.
• We will notify you of the tracking number on the day of shipment.
• The product will be shipped in a simple outer cardboard box.
• While we perform thorough checks during shipping, please understand that some dents are unavoidable for canned products due to current transportation conditions. (We will continue to work with our partner shipping companies to improve this in the future.)
• Please note that due to traffic conditions, weather, etc., depending on the delivery region, your order may not be delivered at your requested date and time.
• You can specify a time slot, but please refrain from specifying very precise times.
• If you are not present during delivery, the delivery company will leave a "redelivery notice." Please contact the number provided on the notice to arrange a new delivery date and time. If the product is returned due to long-term absence or an incorrect address, your order will be canceled.You will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs. If you still wish to receive the product, please place a new order.
• Delivery slips are not included to reduce CO2 emissions and for personal information handling reasons.
