Our garage sale is finally this Saturday. Although it's now officially autumn, the weather may cool down a bit, but it's still hot!
For this time of year, we recommend "Jin Leung Sam Bo", a Hong Kong snack filled with plenty of summer vegetables to help recover from summer fatigue. It's fish paste stuffed into eggplant, green peppers, and tofu. You can pan-fry or deep-fry it for an easy appetizer. Enjoy it with your favorite drink like beer, cola, or lemon soda to beat the summer heat.

For those who want to enjoy a more substantial meal, we recommend "Tei Da Yu Wat" (hand-beaten fish paste). You can add lettuce to make a refreshing fish paste soup (a classic Hong Kong dish called Sang Choy Yu Wat Tong). Fish paste pairs well with vegetables, so feel free to add your favorite vegetables and customize it as you like.

Chili oil is indispensable in Hong Kong cuisine, and it's also made from summer vegetable chilies. YONECHIKU has carefully selected this one:
Kwong Cheong Thye Brand, with 100 years of history in Singapore
Kwong Cheong Thye Crispy Chili (Xiang Cui La Jiao) 230g

This is a chili oil with ingredients made with a unique method. It contains plenty of fragrant and crispy fried garlic and shallots, offering not only spiciness but also a rich umami flavor. It's particularly renowned for its high aroma. It's perfect as an accompaniment to Jin Leung Sam Bo, fish paste siu mai, noodles, or rice.

To allow more people to enjoy Kwong Cheong Thye's highly popular crispy chili, we will be selling it at half price exclusively for customers who visit our garage sale. Please take this opportunity to experience the charm of Kwong Cheong Thye, known for its dedication to craftsmanship.
Did you enjoy Man Kee's Hong Kong meals that appeared this summer: Man Kee Hainanese Chicken Rice, Man Kee Tofu and Pork Belly Rice, Man Kee Baked Pork Chop Rice, and Man Kee Curry Chicken Rice? Did they give you a taste of Hong Kong?

Due to packaging changes, we will be selling Man Kee's Hong Kong meals with old packaging at a 100 yen discount each at this garage sale.

We will be offering three types of drinks from Hong Kong for free at this garage sale: "Iced Lemon Tea," "Pear Tea," and "Kumquat Lemon Honey." These are body-friendly drinks, free of preservatives and artificial colors. Please help yourself.

In addition to our recommended products, we also have classic seasonings, dried goods, Man Kee's prepared dishes, desserts, and more. Please check them out at the venue!
