How to Enjoy Deliciously |
1. Prepare the sauce and noodles *Keep frozen Thaw the sauce at room temperature. If it's difficult to thaw, immerse the bag in lukewarm water. Thaw the noodles in advance. Once thawed, open the pack and loosen each noodle portion.
3. Boil the noodles When boiling the noodles, use a large pot with plenty of water to prevent the temperature from dropping. Once the water is boiling vigorously, add the noodles. The boiling time is 5 to 10 seconds. Overcooking will ruin the texture, so avoid it at all costs. Drain the noodles thoroughly, place them in a bowl, add the sauce, and mix well. Serve the noodles on a plate, top with wontons, and it's ready. It's also delicious with Chaoshan Beef Brisket, Chaoshan Beef Tripe, or Chaoshan Beef Tendon as toppings. ![]() |
