| Basic Cooking Instructions (1-2 servings) |
① Boil and rehydrate the dried noodles. Place in boiling water and boil for 1.5 to 2 minutes while loosening the noodles. ② Stir-fry the noodles. Heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a frying pan and add the noodles. Pour the sauce evenly over the noodles, then reduce to low heat and quickly stir-fry until the sauce colors the entire noodles. ③ Add your preferred ingredients. Stir-fry bean sprouts, chives, green onions, pork, or other preferred ingredients. ★ Finally, increase the heat to bring out the fragrant soy sauce aroma, and it's done. |
