【Instructions】
1. Prepare soup and noodles
Heat the soup in its frozen pack in simmering water over low heat for about 10 minutes. Thaw the noodles beforehand, then open the pack and thoroughly loosen each ball of noodles.
(This step of “thoroughly loosening” is key to a delicious finish.)
2. Boil the wontons
Boil water in a pot, and once it boils, add the frozen wontons.
Once it boils again, reduce the heat slightly, and the trick is to gently boil the wontons so they don't move around too much in the pot. Boil for about 5 minutes, and once the skins become translucent, remove them from the water and transfer them to the soup pot to keep warm.
3. Boil the noodles
To prevent the noodles from cooling down, prepare a large pot with plenty of boiling water. Once it's vigorously boiling, add the noodles, and boil for 10 seconds. Be careful not to overcook them, as this will spoil the texture. Once boiled, drain thoroughly, place in a bowl, and pour in the soup. It's ready to serve.
