Frozen Item: Man Kee Mixed Sauce Cheong Fun (Hong Kong Rice Rolls) 170g

豬 (zhū) means pig, so you might think Zhū cháng fěn contains pork.
You'll search diligently, but find no meat.
So why is it called Zhū cháng fěn?
Actually,
Zhū cháng fěn refers to cháng fěn (rice noodle crepes) with no fillings whatsoever.
The "Zhū" in Zhū cháng fěn comes from 豬仔 (zhū zǎi), meaning "piglet." This name apparently came about because the steamed and rolled rice noodles resemble a pig's tail. It's a popular breakfast item and dim sum dish in Hong Kong and Guangzhou.
Cháng fěn (腸粉) itself has little flavor, so it's typically eaten with sweet soy sauce (甜豉油), sweet sauce (甜醤), sesame paste (芝麻醤), chili sauce, etc. The taste of cháng fěn varies depending on the sauce. Man Kei's Zhū cháng fěn comes with four kinds of sauce. In Hong Kong, cháng fěn with two or more sauces is called hún jiàng zhū cháng fěn (混醤豬腸粉). Please enjoy it with your favorite sauces. Adjust the amount to your liking.
