① Boil the spare ribs. Boil spare ribs in hot water. Once the surface turns white, remove from water and rinse off impurities and scum under running water. ② Prepare the soup base. Add 1.5L of water and 1 bag of this product to a pot. Open the outer bag and add the white teabag as is. Peel and add 1 clove of garlic. ③ Add meat and simmer. Once the soup boils, add the spare ribs and simmer over low to medium heat for 30 to 50 minutes until the meat is tender. It's now complete. |
