Apple, Sea Coconut, and Snow Fungus Soup

Remove the soup ingredients from the bag, rinse quickly with water, and drain in a colander.
Remove the core from the apple and cut it with the skin on.

Soak the snow fungus in water for about 30 minutes until rehydrated, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
Transfer all ingredients to a pot, add 3000-4000cc of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat and simmer for about 2 hours. When the ingredients are tender, season with salt and serve.
