Absolutely no chemical seasonings or other additives are used. Only carefully selected fresh fish are used as raw ingredients, with just salt and pepper added. This is a rich, cloudy soup base with all the nutrients from the fish bones and skin thoroughly dissolved. It can be used as a base for hot pot, shabu-shabu, ramen, or udon. It's versatile and can be adapted for Japanese, Western, or Chinese cuisine.
This is a concentrated soup base that can be diluted to make hot pot soup. Unlike conventional commercial hot pot soup bases, it is made without any additives. The base soup uses only fish, resulting in a healthier and lighter taste compared to animal-based soups.
