| How to Use | When cooking in a steamer: Place the frozen product into a boiling steamer, cover, and steam for approximately 9 minutes. This is the most popular and original shumai in Hong Kong. It is delicious enough to be eaten plain, but you can also enjoy it even more by serving it with sauces such as vinegar, chili sauce, chili oil, or soy sauce, if desired. *Please be careful of burns when cooking. *Lining the steamer with cabbage leaves or moistened cooking paper will prevent the wrappers from sticking to the dish and result in a clean finish. *Cooking time is a guide. It may vary slightly depending on the cooking equipment used. If not thoroughly cooked, reheat. Caution: Once thawed, refreezing this product may alter its quality and diminish its flavor. Please be aware of this. |
