Leading up to the Dragon Boat Festival, Mon Kee's special Hong Kong chimaki will be sold in limited quantities.
Online reservation period: June 1st (Mon) - June 19th (Fri)
Pick up at the garage sale on June 20th (Sat).
Mon Kee's handmade chimaki are so good, they could be called the king of chimaki!
Ingredients include dried scallops from Hokkaido, salted eggs (it is said that eating them on the Dragon Boat Festival will prevent illness all year), pork, and mung beans.
They weigh an impressive 400g! Even on a large plate, the plate looks small! It truly is the king of chimaki. Share it with your family and enjoy the festive atmosphere of the Dragon Boat Festival together. Wrapped in fragrant bamboo leaves, peeling back the skin as the aroma rises is also one of the great pleasures of chimaki. Despite its striking appearance, the seasoning inside is refined.

Remove from bag and boil in boiling water. Boiling time guideline: 25-30 minutes from frozen, or 10-15 minutes after thawing. *Microwave cooking is not recommended. |
