Thaw the sauce beforehand. Place the frozen shark fin on a plate and pour the sauce over it. Cover with plastic wrap, make one small hole, and microwave at 500W for 4 and a half minutes. Remove the plastic wrap and serve. Please refer to the video for more details (you can find it by sliding the images). |
