| Cooking Instructions | (1) Before roasting Remove from package, place on a plate with the skin side up, and thaw in the refrigerator. Ensure the skin is thoroughly dry. Remove from refrigerator and let it return to room temperature before roasting. (2) Roasting method Create a drip tray with aluminum foil and cover the bottom and sides of the meat with aluminum foil (only the skin side should be exposed). Preheat the oven to 200℃. Place in the oven with the skin side up and roast at 200℃ for 30 minutes. Then, increase temperature to 250℃ and roast for 25-30 minutes, checking doneness. It's okay if it burns a little. If the skin burns, scrape it off with a knife. |
