● Add Yee Foo Noodles to a pot of boiling water. Continue stirring to ensure the noodles sink into the water.
● Boil for 1-2 minutes until soft, then immediately place in cold water. After a few seconds, rinse the noodles and drain well.
● These noodles are delicious when added to your prepared soup base, with sauce, or simmered. They absorb the soup well, making the flavor rich. They are also recommended for stir-fried noodles, not just simmered dishes.
