"Frozen Product" Reservation Mon Kee Hokkaido Dried Scallop and Pork Chimaki (Shipped by courier) - Yonechiku Lapman (shopifypreview.com)

Mon Kee's handmade chimaki can be called the king of chimaki!
Ingredients include dried scallops from Hokkaido, salted duck egg yolks (which are said to ward off illness for a year if eaten on the Dragon Boat Festival), pork, and mung beans. Especially, it contains plenty of dried scallops. This chimaki is packed with the umami from the dried scallops.

It weighs over 300g! The boiling time is about 30 minutes, which is double that of a typical chimaki. Even when placed on a large plate, the plate looks small! It truly is the king of chimaki. You can share it with your family and enjoy the Dragon Boat Festival spirit together.

Wrapped in fragrant bamboo leaves, peeling back the leaves with the rising aroma is also one of the great pleasures of chimaki. Despite its striking appearance, the seasoning inside is elegantly light. We recommend eating it with the special sauce.

We look forward to your reservations.
