Garage sale: Saturday, March 12, 2022, 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM

February, which brought with it persistent cold, has come to an end, and now we are starting to feel the first signs of spring. The cherry blossoms are expected to bloom around March 20th in Tokyo, which is about average. Due to COVID-19, this year won't be as lively as previous years, but why not gather with loved ones in well-ventilated outdoor parks and enjoy Bunki's delicious side dishes?

New products will also be available at tomorrow's garage sale.

Bunki Special Pan-Fried Three Treasures (Jin Yong San Bou) 6 pieces... ¥900

Pan-Fried Three Treasures is a traditional Hong Kong street food, alongside curry fish balls and fish shumai. It's a snack made by stuffing bell peppers, eggplants, and fried tofu with fish paste, then deep-frying them and serving them with black soy sauce or chili oil. At first glance, it might look greasy, but the well-seasoned fish paste tastes just like high-quality kamaboko (fish cake).

By flash-freezing the product with liquid nitrogen, the deliciousness of the bell peppers, eggplants, and other ingredients is preserved. Please enjoy the freshly made Pan-Fried Three Treasures.

We recommend the following chili oil for Pan-Fried Three Treasures:
Kwan Cheong Tai Crispy Chili (Xiang Cui La Jiao) 230g
Pouring this crispy chili oil, made with fried garlic and shallots, over Pan-Fried Three Treasures will transport you 100% to Hong Kong. You might even shed a tear from nostalgia! You can get a better deal by purchasing the Bunki Special Pan-Fried Three Treasures and Crispy Chili as a set.

Bunki Special Pan-Fried Three Treasures (Jin Yong San Bou) + Crispy Chili Set... ¥1500

In addition to new products, we will also have Bunki's side dishes, dried foods, seasonings, and noodles. Don't miss out! We will also continue to sell three types of classic Hong Kong drinks: "Iced Lemon Tea," "Pear Tea," and "Kumquat Honey Lemon."
