The garage sale is finally this Saturday!
When winter arrives, the cold makes us reluctant to go outside. When our bodies are chilled to the bone in winter, we crave warm food. How about some delicious authentic Hong Kong cuisine from Man Kee to warm you up this cold winter?

When winter comes to mind, hot pot dishes are probably the first thing you think of. In addition to meat and vegetables, we also recommend soups with plenty of Chinese herbal medicines that warm the body from within and improve blood circulation. We will also have dried goods and Chinese herbal medicines available at the garage sale.

Shiitake mushrooms (Hana-ko) are particularly popular this season. They are often used in simmered dishes and soups due to their thick texture, rich broth, and aroma. We will also have individually packed Hana-ko available at the garage sale. Please check them out at the venue.

In addition to dried goods, we also offer various "warm and nourishing" soup kits for you to enjoy at home. They come with cooking instructions, making them very convenient. Why not try making a hot pot dish?

Ranked TOP 1: Hong Kong's famous Wonton Noodles
Wonton noodles, characterized by large shrimp wontons and thin, crisp noodles, are also perfect for this season.

➤New Product➤ To shake things up, we're introducing new fresh bamboo charcoal wonton noodles. Bamboo charcoal powder is kneaded into the thin noodles of Hong Kong wonton noodles. They cook up to a vibrant black color. Bamboo charcoal is gaining attention as a detox food, believed to absorb waste products in the intestines and expel them from the body.
