We held a garage sale on Saturday, June 8th. The weather was great, and many people came, giving us the opportunity to talk with you all. Thank you very much.
At this garage sale, stir-fried noodles and Shanghai noodles, along with their matching seasonings, were particularly popular. With the weak yen making travel difficult, we received many comments from people looking for nostalgic flavors using authentic ingredients.
Additionally, Hong Kong designer Shelly came and exhibited an art pop-up.
Through food and art, we hope to further spread Hong Kong culture.
